California Form 460 Schedule F - Accrued Expenses (Unpaid Bills) for the period 1/1/02-9/30/02.
Note Harris and Hood's inability to follow the simple instructions contained on the face of the form:
Summary line 1 should be $1460, the subtotal of column (b), not $2067.65.
Summary line 2 should be $1000, the subtotal of column (c), not $1607.65.
See lines 6, 8 and 11 of the Summary form below for correct entries of the larger amounts.
The figures they entered on lines 1 and 2 are Total Cash Payments made and Total
Expenditures made, not debt incurred and debt paid as directed by the instructions
on the form itself. .
AS AMENDED ON 10/30/02:
The original form below, in error, showed an outstanding
balance of $460 on January 1, 2002 (!!) and showed no amount incurred between 1/1/02
and 9/30/02. Those errors have been corrected with the amendment. However,
the original form also shows incorrect values in lines 1 and 2 which are
also present on the original Summary form..

The accrued expenses (unpaid bills), line 9 and 18, have been changed to $460 from $560.
The Cash (bank account) Statement, lines 12-16, is now correct, not all zeroes like the previous statement.
