Do the Moores receive water from the Water District?

This is the document filed with the court by the Moores' attorney John M. Latini. The document clearly tells the court that the "Petitioners" (Moores) receive water delivered through "Respondent's" (Rio Linda/Elverta Community Water District) system.

What are the issues? The issues are truth, facts and competence. Clearly the Moores reside within the Water District, but they DO NOT receive water from the District and they DO NOT pay District Water Fees. Their attorney, John M. Latini, thinks otherwise and says so in this document that represents the Moores to the court. It's not a matter of "what difference does that make", it's a matter of who you can believe. This attorney, also selected by the Moores to articulate their first lawsuit on February 18, in that lawsuit cited two Elections Code Sections (4144 and 4145) to the court that DO NOT EXIST!

The highlights on the first page
of this document identify the "Petitioners" (Moores) and the "Respondents" (Water District).

The highlight on the second page identifies the Moores as voters who receive water from the Water District.

The highlight below shows that John M. Latini, as their attorney, identifies the Moores as voters who receive water from the Water District. Was he misled?
